What counts as an AI generation?

One generated document: a practice plan, game pre-brief, player development plan, or weekly report. Regenerating a document runs the full staff again, so it counts as another generation.

How do seats work?

Seats are billed on active user accounts, not roster size. Build your full 15-player roster on the base price and pay nothing extra — a seat is only billed when a coach or player actually gets a login. An assistant coach is $5/month; a player account is $1/month.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card and never expires. You get 20 AI generations to put the staff to work on your real program, and every non-AI feature stays free forever.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Full details are in our refund & cancellation policy at benchos.coach/refunds.

What happens to my work if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted or locked. Every practice plan, brief, and report you've generated stays readable, editable, and printable. Only new AI generation stops.

When does this pricing take effect?

BenchOS is currently in a pilot with select programs. These prices take effect when public signup opens ahead of the 2026–27 season. Pilot programs get full access now.
