Welcome to BenchOS

Your AI coaching staff for basketball — get up and running in minutes.

BenchOS gives every head coach a virtual coaching staff. Five specialist agents — offense, defense, player development, strength & conditioning, and a head coach who synthesizes them — work from your roster, schedule, and philosophy to generate the artifacts you'd otherwise build alone: practice plans, game pre-briefs, and player development plans.

This documentation covers the core workflows. If you're brand new, start with Getting Started. If you're already set up and want to generate something, jump straight to the relevant page.

How generation works

Every AI artifact in BenchOS — a practice plan, a game brief, a dev plan — runs through the same pipeline:

  1. The four specialist agents receive your full program context (roster, schedule, philosophy, knowledge base) plus the task-specific input you provided.
  2. Each specialist runs in parallel and returns a proposal for their domain.
  3. Coach Prime, the synthesizer, reads all the proposals and produces the final, unified output.

Generation is asynchronous. You'll see a progress card while the staff works; the page updates when the result is ready. Most generations complete in under a minute.
